Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet
  • Experience with manual testing of software products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain is required
  • Experience with manual testing of software products
  • Creative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements
  • Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM)
  • Develop Change Requests per established policies and procedures
  • Develop user stories and requirement documents as per project standards and guidance
  • Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams
  • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders
  • Working with development and testing team to implement requirements as per functional specifications
  • Support change control processes established to monitor and control project scope
  • Conduct Product Analysis sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback
  • Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and develop user stories with robust acceptance criteria
  • Working with sprint team to implement, accept, and accept user stories as defined
  • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders
  • Support change control processes established to monitor and control product vision
  • Communicate with management, peers, and customers effectively and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools will be a plus
