Summary
Join Great Minds as an IT Product Analyst and bridge the gap between technical resources and business stakeholders. You will manage and refine product backlogs, gather requirements, and ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, self-starter, and passionate about technology. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Salesforce and/or NetSuite
- 1 years of experience in a similar analyst role, 2 years preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details and project expectations clearly to various stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable and adaptable to the needs of a rapidly growing organization, with a strong work ethic
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Technology)
Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce and/or NetSuite platforms, including their core functionalities, workflows, and capabilities to effectively analyze business needs, identify opportunities for system optimization, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Translate high level business requirements into clear, actionable user stories in Jira to guide the development team
- Interact with developers, QA, and business partners to ensure understanding of deliverables
- Contribute to product strategy development using data-driven insights
- Contribute to refining the product backlog through regular upkeep, grooming and priority scoring to optimize project tracking and execution
- Analyze complex processes and work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, recommendations and implement process improvements
- Partner with development teams to ensure the implementation of technical solutions follows best practices
- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and effective use of new systems, processes, and technologies
- Collaborate with the QA team during UAT sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Workato
