Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with strong proficiency in Looker, Mixpanel and SQL
- Advanced Looker skills, including dashboard creation, LookML management, and the ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience with Mixpanel or other user analytics platforms, with a focus on tracking and analyzing user behavior and product engagement
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders across the organization
- Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation methodologies
- Interest in transitioning into product management and growing your career within a product-focused organization
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards that provide visibility into the performance of the job marketplace, ensuring accurate reporting of key metrics such as supply-demand balance and conversion rates
- Leverage Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, creating and managing dashboards that track user engagement, product usage, and customer journeys
- Provide data-driven insights to product managers, marketing, and engineering teams, enabling them to make informed decisions to optimize both the job marketplace and the user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key trends and opportunities for improving marketplace dynamics and user engagement, ensuring the balance between job supply and candidate demand
- Monitor the impact of technology investments, using both Looker and Mixpanel to evaluate and report on their effectiveness, helping prioritize initiatives that drive marketplace and user growth
- Support product experimentation by providing reports and insights on A/B testing, measuring the impact of changes on user behavior and marketplace performance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with engineering and BI teams to maintain the quality of data pipelines feeding both Looker and Mixpanel
