Summary

Requirements

  • Extremely motivated to drive tangible business performance through the application of data
  • Excellent analytical problem solver and ambitious about applying data to solve problems
  • Enthusiastic about creating change and helping others through a result-driven, pragmatic and persuasive approach
  • Capable of driving change within Babylist with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, highly driven to learn and grow
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience and a University degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field
  • Statistical knowledge, strong experience with SQL, competent with Python

Responsibilities

  • Create a lasting impact with data at the core of Babylists, acting as a multiplier to your functional team's bottom line
  • Build, own and leverage high level dashboards to quickly and reliably monitor the business performance, product and user experience
  • Partner with PMs in the development of insights and recommendations to unlock value through data, collaborating with the broader team of data experts
  • Keeping up with the domains that you own, and fully understanding the business you support
  • You manage stakeholder relationships, priorities and requirements on a daily basis
