Join SoundHound AI's team and help define and execute the product vision and strategy for our Enterprise Conversational AI platform. As a Product Analyst, you will work with cross-disciplinary teams, leveraging user research and agile methodologies to ensure our solutions meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. You will gather and analyze product requirements, translate features into user stories, maintain the product backlog, and act as a liaison between development and stakeholders. The role involves market research, prototyping, and synthesizing insights to guide decision-making. You will lead product development from ideation to launch and define KPIs to measure performance. This position offers remote work options across most of the United States, with a salary range of $110,000-$140,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within AI, SaaS, or Enterprise Software
- You have proven track record of leading discovery, ideation, and iterative product development
- You have strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management
- You have experience with user research, prototyping, and defining clear product requirements
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- You have strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- You have exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and priorities clearly
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Owner, Engineers, Stakeholders, and End-Users to gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements
- Translate high-level product features into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria that the development team can easily understand
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-organized product backlog, ensuring that user stories are prioritized based on business value and are ready for sprint planning
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the product requirements and progress
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs
- Develop prototypes and MVPs to test ideas and iterate based on feedback
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
- Define clear, actionable requirements and prioritize them in the product backlog
- Partner with UX/UI teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences
- Work closely with engineering to balance feature development, technical debt, and scalability
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance
- Continuously analyze user behavior, adoption rates, and system performance to refine strategy
- Make data-driven trade-offs to maximize customer satisfaction and business impact
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in every product decision
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to executives, customers, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth product launches by working with marketing, sales, and support teams
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience in Conversational AI, Call Centers as a Service, or Intelligent Virtual Assistants
- You have knowledge of API design, AI/ML-driven products, or cloud-based SaaS platforms
- You have familiarity with Jira, Confluence, A/B testing, and product analytics tools
- You have strong technical acumen, comfortable collaborating with engineers on scalability, performance, and infrastructure
- You have user-focused and results-driven, always seeking to enhance customer experience
