Requirements

• 4+ years of experience utilizing data to inform strategic decisions
• Comfort working in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives
• Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Help to prioritize and define the roadmap for the team's direction
• Create robust analytical frameworks to refine decision-making across various initiatives
• Assist in the sizing and scoping of potential problems and opportunities within our systems
• Translate complex datasets into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations
• Proactively identify areas for significant impact, growth, and investment
