Product Analytics Intern

Summary

Join GameChanger's 10-week paid summer internship program as a Product Analytics Intern, starting June 9th and concluding August 15th. You will analyze user and business data to provide data-driven insights for product teams. This role offers hands-on experience in analytics, working on impactful projects and collaborating with various teams. You'll receive mentorship from senior analysts and utilize tools like Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Hex. The internship includes a paid hourly rate, a trip to NYC for orientation, a provided MacBook, and the ability to work remotely throughout the US (excluding specific states). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your skills in a dynamic tech company.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or looking to make a career change
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfortable cleaning and manipulating data, and drawing insights from it
• Experience with SQL, Looker (a BI tool), Python/R
• You love working with others to deliver value
• Genuine curiosity in understanding user behavior and enhancing product experiences
• Enthusiastic about using technology to enhance people’s lives

Responsibilities

• Find applicable insights from our rich datasets of behavioral and business data
• Build data visualizations and dashboards that detail findings
• Get mentorship from other GameChanger teammates to guide you through your experience
• Work with great people across the company, an awesome product, and have lots of fun together along the way!
• Use our modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Hex
• Participate in our team ceremonies to gain experience working within a remote-first collaborative environment
• Solve everything from well-scoped data requests (that can take 1-2 days) to more exploratory analysis on open-ended questions (that can take 1 week or more)
