Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in product analytics and people management
- Proven experience leading A/B testing programs and experimentation platforms
- Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and align stakeholders
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable guiding analysts on query logic and data modeling
- Deep experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Familiar with funnel analysis, retention/cohort analysis, segmentation, and feature adoption metrics
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Looker, Power BI, Metabase) β you know how to deliver insights that drive decisions
Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Product Analytics Team
- Manage and grow a team of Product Analysts
- Provide regular feedback, career development support, and mentorship
- Promote a strong data culture focused on curiosity, impact, and product understanding
- Build and Scale Our Experimentation Program
- Define and lead the A/B testing and experimentation strategy across platforms
- Ensure statistical rigor and clarity in test setup, evaluation, and interpretation
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to embed experimentation into product development workflows
- Turn Behavioral Data into Product Insights
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and deep-dive analyses to answer product questions
- Uncover trends in onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, and churn using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and retention modeling to identify pain points and opportunities
- Define and Align on Product KPIs
- Establish and maintain a clear product measurement framework across the customer journey
- Define key metrics for success across product features and initiatives
- Partner with Product Leadership to track performance and inform prioritization
- Be a Strategic Advisor
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Leadership to align on goals and roadmaps
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and clear product narratives
- Advocate for data-informed decision making at all stages of product discovery and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus: experience with experimentation tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or home-grown platforms
