• Strong foundational skills in clear and confident communication with business partners, understanding customer needs, and analyzing their requirements
• Diligent and autonomous in managing multiple tasks and dependencies in technical projects
• Strong understanding of modeling user and business value, web technologies, and online education

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with B2B clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support B2B clients effectively
• Triage client issues related to our product and service, ensuring timely and efficient improvements
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver projects that enhance our learning experience for B2B learners

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS setups, agile methodologies, and tools is a plus
