Associate Product Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Mark43 as an Associate Product Marketing Manager and play a key role in communicating the value of our CAD and RMS solutions to public safety agencies. You will build go-to-market plans, create sales enablement materials, conduct competitive analyses, and partner with other teams to drive growth and customer success. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS or the public sector. Strong communication skills, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging are essential. The position offers a competitive salary ($65,000–$80,000), bonus opportunities, stock options, and a full benefits package. Remote work is possible in approved states, or you can work from our New York or Boston offices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a product marketing or similar role, ideally at an enterprise SaaS company or one that works with public sector customers
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging

Responsibilities

• Build a go-to-market plan for an upcoming CAD feature release by aligning with product and sales teams
• Create sales enablement materials to help field teams communicate product value and differentiate Mark43 from competitors
• Conduct a competitive analysis of a new entrant to the RMS market and present findings to product leadership
• Partner with demand generation marketers to develop messaging for an email campaign aimed at driving feature adoption
• Maintain internal tools and resources that help sellers and customer-facing teams stay aligned on product updates
