Summary

The Binance Seeds of Success Trainee Program is a full-time role offering immersion into the cryptocurrency sector for fresh graduates or talents with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will rotate across different functional teams in the Big Fiat Business Unit (BU) and receive dedicated training to enhance their core technical abilities and soft skills.

Requirements

• Have a strong interest and passion in cryptocurrencies or blockchain sectors, ideally with project experience in these areas
• Fresh Graduates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and user research to understand industry trends and user needs
• Work directly with the Product team in designing and building innovative products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality products
• Create product requirements and specifications
• Help manage product development timelines and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant end-to-end Product Development experience is a bonus
