Requirements
- Required 3-5 yearsβ experience as a Product Business Analyst or equivalent role
- Proven skills in managing projects and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of networks, databases, and other technology
- Ability to develop and execute a business/product plan
- Highly organized and possess strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and the Product Manager to identify and articulate user needs, shaping the foundation of our productβs functional requirements
- Serve as the essential conduit between Product teams and IT developers, clarifying requirements and facilitating communication throughout the solutions and development processes
- Aid in the development lifecycle, providing support during user acceptance testing to ensure all products meet our high standards
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify and lead optimization strategies
- Gather and analyze data while engaging with the Product Operations team to refine product scalability and operational excellence
- Vigilantly identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure the stability and success of our product initiatives
- Evaluate system performance regularly to recommend enhancements that align with business goals
- Articulate complex concepts clearly to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
- Establish and own the process documentation of workflows, working steps, and other materials used throughout the SOP process
- Identify automation opportunities
- Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
