Requirements

• University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics
• Minimum 1-year experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and deliver analytical solutions for complex product tasks (page performance, funnel health, check, behavioral segmentation, feature interaction, UX measurement, etc.)
• Create data models for A/B tests and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements
• Refine data translation processes and provide regular analysis on product OKRs
• Design and build internal analytics dashboards to track, quantify, and evaluate platform data
• Comprehend the bigger picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking
• Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a simplified and actionable format

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python/R is a plus
• Experience working with Looker, Tableau, BI, and Data Studio or similar data visualization tools
