Summary

Join Adaptive as the second Product Designer and play a crucial role in shaping user-centered experiences for real estate and construction financial tools. Collaborate with a dedicated product team, including engineers and product managers, to deliver intuitive solutions. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech product design
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer success
• Demonstrated ability to discover design requirements unique to your customer base
• Ability to lead and ideate software products and features from scratch
• Comfortable working in an unstructured, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Rely on user-centered design to create a product that will reshape the built environment, working directly with the founders from concept to execution
• Collaborate directly with our team of engineers and product managers to translate product requirements into intuitive solutions
• Advocate for product designs, improvements, and workflows based on your granular understanding of our customers and their needs
