Summary

Join Figma's growing team and help shape the future of developer tools! As a Product Director, you will lead the strategy and vision for Figma's DevMode product and beyond, innovating in the developer tools space. You will partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set priorities and work with a diverse team of engineers and designers. This full-time role can be based in our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern Timezone. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products and experience managing PMs. Figma offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Shipped a number of successful, high-impact consumer facing products
  • Experience working on highly technical products, or products catering towards technical audiences
  • Experience directly managing and growing PMs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for the Developer tools team
  • Work closely with, and support the growth of a diverse team of engineers and designers who are passionate about building tools that make developers feel at home in Figma
  • Partner with product & engineering teams across Figma to define strategic bets across the entire product surface with a focus on developer efficiency and code generation

Preferred Qualifications

  • A development background, or if you have worked on developer tooling in the past
  • An eye for the detail, both in terms of user experience and the technical nuances
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
