Requirements

  • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and iterating on strategies to drive results
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including Google Sheets and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull meaning and insights from data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive results cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create compelling decks, presentations, and memos

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and execute comprehensive strategies to introduce new products or features to the market
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach across product, clinical, and marketing
  • Design, implement, and run a reliable cross-functional go-to-market engine for new markets, products, and features
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates the product in the market
  • Conduct market research to gather insights about customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
  • Identify target customer segments and understand their pain points and how the product addresses those needs
  • Work closely with Product Managers to create and maintain systems that enable the collection and integration of customer feedback and market signals
  • Leverage customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and potential threats or opportunities
  • Provide direction to marketing teams on competitive positioning to inform marketing strategy
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on market needs and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
  • Provide feedback to the clinical team on telehealth trends and competitive offerings to inform the clinical care model
  • Support VP of Growth with weekly, monthly, and quarterly measurement needs
  • Work with the Data team to improve analytics pertaining to growth performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in marketing or business administration
  • Familiarity with the telehealth industry or healthcare sector
