Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to design and execute effective growth campaigns
  • Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user growth
  • Oversee the development of creative assets and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement
  • Work closely with the Product team to enhance user experience and drive long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Lead go-to-market efforts for new product launches and geographic expansions
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance product offerings

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred
