Requirements

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in product decision-making
  • Experience with product analytics tools and techniques to drive data-informed decisions
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce, Marketing, and Online Media Buying best practices is highly desired
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful products quickly and efficiently
  • Strong technical background and relevant experience to partner effectively with design and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new users through organic, paid, and referral channels
  • Optimize the onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly realize the value of our product
  • Identify and implement product features that drive viral growth, engagement, and user retention
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and improve key growth metrics
  • Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Continuously monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth objectives and execute initiatives
  • Develop strategies to increase user retention and lifetime value
  • Explore and test different pricing models, packages, and features to optimize revenue
