Product Leader

Summary

Join ClassDojo, a leading educational technology company, and help create and scale new consumer products for our vast network of children and families. You will play a key role in growing our global consumer education business and deepening the love for our brand. Collaborate closely with co-founders and cross-functional teams to develop and test innovative long-term ideas. This position requires at least 4 years of product management experience. You'll work strategically and tactically, translating data and intuition into products that millions of children will love. ClassDojo offers a competitive salary and a remote-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and scale new consumer products for our network of tens of millions of children and families, building a global consumer education business
• Grow ClassDojo from its current state to the next order of magnitude, while deepening love for our brand
• Work closely with our co-founders, CTO, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to invent and test exciting long-term ideas
• Work at both a strategic and tactical level, turning data, research, and intuition into products and experiences that tens of millions of children will love

Preferred Qualifications

• Achieve product-market fit with new consumer products
• Have experience as a founder, or an equivalent level of accountability
• Monetize consumer products, ideally subscription products or marketplaces
• Have a strong grasp of product strategy
• Have strong product intuition, and good taste
• Enjoy speaking with customers, and conducting qualitative user research to inform direction
• Have strong quantitative skills and comfort with evaluation
• Work well in resource-constrained environments
• Move faster than is comfortable—be an instigator
• Have clear and concise written and spoken communication
