Summary

Join airSlate, a rapidly growing tech company with a valuation of $1.25 billion, as a Product Manager. You will play a key role in defining and building the next generation of their market-leading product. Your responsibilities will include developing a long-term vision for market leadership, managing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and ensuring product features are built to scale. You will also be responsible for defining and tracking key product performance metrics and embracing Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or engineering
  • 5+ years in product management for a self-serve SaaS product in fields such as HR Tech, FinTech, or other sectors serving non-technical business users
  • Proven experience in launching and managing multiple features throughout the product lifecycle: research, discovery, release, adoption, and retention
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience with building integrations and APIs
  • Sound understanding of agentic and generative AI concepts
  • Experience building and launching new products or features
  • Ability to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and validate through experiments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to successfully launch products
  • Experience developing products and features with high user adoption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2-C1)

Responsibilities

  • Develop a long-term vision for market leadership, incorporating market shifts, user feedback, competitive analysis, and company strategy
  • Formulate short-term plans to increase product revenue, adoption, and market share
  • Create, manage, and own the product roadmap for assigned product features
  • Collaborate closely with UX design, engineering, product marketing, customer experience, and IT teams
  • Align focus and coordinate efforts to ensure timely product delivery
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Work with the design team to create engaging, high-converting user experiences
  • Align product roadmaps with company strategy and key business metrics
  • Validate strategies through experimentation and data analysis
  • Define detailed and clear product requirement documents for new products, features, and bug fixes
  • Ensure alignment with the development team to facilitate smooth implementation
  • Use the RICE framework to prioritize the product backlog effectively
  • Ensure high-priority items are addressed promptly
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product features are built to scale and meet performance requirements
  • Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and impact
  • Embrace Agile methods by breaking tasks into achievable parts, creating MVPs for faster development and testing features to meet established success metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Polish language skills (B1-B2 proficiency)
