Summary

We are seeking a Web3 Product Manager with 3-5+ years of experience in Web3 technologies to spearhead the development and launch of our blockchain and metaverse solutions. The role involves defining product strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Web3 technologies
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain technology, decentralized protocols, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the metaverse landscape
• Proficiency in Web3 protocols and frameworks such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, IPFS, or similar technologies
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Web3 blockchain or metaverse products throughout their lifecycle
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and the Web3 revolution

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web3 blockchain and metaverse solutions
• Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, user needs, and product requirements within the Web3 ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and technical specifications
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business objectives, technical feasibility, and the unique requirements of the Web3 space
• Work in agile development methodologies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Web3 products
• Forge strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, and communities to foster interoperability, integration, and ecosystem growth
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies
