Product Manager

Summary

Join Aspire.io, a leading word-of-mouth commerce platform, as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in our growing India team. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform areas, shaping how brands and creators connect. This role offers high-impact product initiatives and collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on user-centric solutions and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, solves complex challenges, and drives alignment across teams. This role reports to the SVP of Product & Design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B tech environment
• A strategic thinker with a user-first mindset—you can craft a long-term vision and break it down into clear, actionable steps
• Strong product intuition and UX sensibility—you care deeply about building intuitive, high-quality experiences and understand the impact design has on customer success
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills—you’re energized by complexity, know how to cut through the noise, and focus on what drives the most value
• Empathetic communicator and collaborator—you actively listen to customers and stakeholders and thrive in cross-functional environments
• A proactive problem-solver who’s comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait for permission to make things better
• Data-savvy decision maker—you know how to ask the right questions, interpret results, and use

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for your product area —owning the roadmap and driving prioritization that aligns with company goals and customer impact
• Deeply understand our customers through research, data, and partnerships with CX and Sales to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for innovations
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle —from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration—with a strong focus on delivering elegant, user-centric solutions
• Champion a world-class user experience , continuously raising the bar for quality, usability, and impact
• Define success metrics and drive measurable outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and adapting based on insights
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and maximize product value across the customer journey

Benefits

• The targeted base salary range for this role is: Product Manager: $130,000 – $150,000 Senior Product Manager: $160,000 – $180,000
