Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity in writing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and market data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement
• Draft, review, and optimize copy for product flows, user instructions, and in-app messaging to ensure clarity and user-friendliness
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, user experience, and market positioning
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to support product development and iteration
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings and user insights
• Support other product-related tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of product management concepts is a plus
• Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries is preferred
