• 3+ years as a Product Manager specializing in Data/Analytics, ideally within the gaming or related industry
• Experienced with tools like Looker, Tableau, GA, Snowplow, and Snowflake; adept with SQL and familiar with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• Passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive product and business improvements
• Strong ability to break down complex data insights and communicate them effectively to foster understanding and action
• Motivated by a high-performance culture focused on results and speed
• Strong analytical and product management skills, capable of leading projects that enhance data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive data product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with and supports overarching business objectives
• Lead initiatives to leverage data for expanding market reach and improving product outcomes through precise, impactful data-driven experiments
• Quantify and analyze the business impact of new data features and tools using advanced metrics and KPIs
• Serve as the liaison for all data-related needs within the company, crafting and delivering solutions that enhance data integration, architecture, and analytics capabilities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, presenting complex data solutions in an accessible manner
• Drive the development and rollout of data models, dashboards, and automation tools, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement
