Product Manager

Summary

Join Eleken, a company focused on improving the design services of SaaS companies, as their Product Manager. You will take full ownership of a custom platform, from concept to MVP and beyond, building it from scratch with support from the founder and a team of experienced designers. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the CEO. The role involves researching competitors, translating business needs into documentation, collaborating with designers and developers, managing the backlog, testing features, and iterating based on user feedback. Requirements

• 2+ years as a Product Manager (preferably B2B/SaaS)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate+ English for written communication
• Strong documentation and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Research competitors and define the approach
• Translate business needs into structured documentation (PRDs, flows)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to build an MVP
• Manage the backlog, set priorities, and track sprints
• Test features and iterate based on user feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or fast-paced agency background preferred
• Experience with platforms, automation tools, and internal CRMs
