Product Manager

Summary

Join Exodus as a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Passkeys wallet. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to shape the vision and strategy for driving adoption. Leverage expertise in economics, customer needs, and product lifecycle management to drive success.

Requirements

• Background in B2B / B2B2C SaaS growth
• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in Crypto / Blockchain / Web3
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, pragmatic, and intellectually curious
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical business stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing the product lifecycle from launch to sunset
• Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions
• Ability to foster and build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities and lead teams through change while maintaining a can-do attitude
• Demonstrated product success informed by data and user research

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in defining success and driving the strategy to increase adoption of our Passkeys wallet
• Collaborate with the marketing team on a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and data teams to build products that drive growth
• Develop expertise in the economics of the Passkeys wallet, and collaborating with finance to guide the team's roadmap
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, developing insights that foster a top-notch UX experience while balancing the needs of both business and consumer customers
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to key stakeholders; collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Product Manager or Founder in a company that's gone from early startup into growth
• Experience using Github, Slack, and Asana
• A/B testing experience
