Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Product Manager at a marketing software company that serves small businesses. Requirements

• Two years of experience in Product Management, preferably at a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of customer needs with the ability to translate these needs into product solutions
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment, fostering cooperation and teamwork
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, showing strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis, using data to inform product decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive product development with a strong bias towards action
• Collaborate across the company and be responsible for products from inception to launch, as well as for their continued success and evolution
• Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather data insights
• Manage the execution-focused Product Owner (PO) and align the product engineering team on the product roadmap and execution
• Research and identify new features and functionality for our marketing and compliance products
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including both direct competitors and horizontal industry-neutral competitors, to inform our product strategy
• Regularly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders about the product roadmap and progress
• Ensure releases are delivered on time and with clarity to the organization
• Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate AI solutions into our products effectively
