Product Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing & launching products that leveraged AI/ML
• Overall 5+ years of product management experience and at least 3+ years in managing B2B products
• Experience driving product vision, GTM strategy, and design discussions
• Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams
• Plan and execute product launches working cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, and other product teams
• Having a Bachelor’s degree or certification or courses in AI/ML would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Understand the technical hiring ecosystem, market, competition and user requirements in detail
• Own multiple machine-learning solutions used in different parts of the product
• Work closely with machine learning teams and other engineering teams to drive the most critical product and platform initiatives in AI/ML
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate AI/ML vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact
• Liaise with the legal team to carefully design and launch solutions that comply with regulations in the different regions
• Lead the activity of collecting data to benchmark different model’s performance
• Engage in periodic external audits to certify the solutions have no or minimal bias and to ensure the solutions use AI responsibly
