Summary
Join Iterable's Product Team as a Product Manager for Insights & Analytics! You will define the roadmap and drive execution of data insights and analysis experiences within the Iterable platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth marketers can track ROI, understand campaign performance, and optimize for individualized experiences. Work closely with design and engineering teams, and directly with customers to prioritize impactful product features. Leverage your technical and analytical skills, along with your passion for UX and data visualization, to launch successful products. This role reports to the Group PM, Messaging, and offers opportunities for significant impact and professional growth within a thriving company.
Requirements
- Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at a minimum
- Hands-on experience using data technologies like Snowflake and Data Bricks
- Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
- Strong proficieny with SQL and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills, and understand data visualization
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product requirements, strategies, and roadmaps
- Experience working with Data Architects and engineers (BE, FE, DS, ML)
- Experienced working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira
- Strategic thinker who combines business acumen and technical know-how to drive decisions
- Collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Solve challenging, fun and rewarding problems related to rolling up actionable insights and useful data for analysis
- Make an huge impact on day-to-day efficiency of growth marketers using Iterable
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
- Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
- Generate and prioritize the product backlog for the Analytics scrum
- Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
- Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
- Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies
- A passion for MarTech and helping marketers succeed
- Familiarity building out AI-driven insights
