Requirements

• Experience from the Education domain, as a Product Manager
• Experience working with digital product discovery, optimization, and delivery, including development processes and launches
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; stakeholder engagement, product evangelism, leadership, communication, and motivational skills to inspire teams

Responsibilities

• Transform teacher and student workflows to maximise efficiency and amplify learning impact
• Elevate the end-user experience by delivering game-changing features that redefine seamless navigation
• Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery and delivery for platform navigation and end-user workflow on the Kognity platform
• Drive impact towards company goals/outcomes within the squad domain and align targets with stakeholders
• Contribute to Product vision, Product Strategy and Product goal-setting
