Product Manager

Summary

Join our outstanding Product team as a Product Manager and lead the charge in making the digital world accessible. Take ownership of developing innovative products that enhance digital accessibility and create an exceptional user experience. You will drive the entire product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch. Leverage research to understand user needs and develop successful product strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Coordinate product delivery from MVP to general release. Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a software product manager working in a subscription-based business model
• BSc. in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, web technologies and APIs
• Deep understanding and confirmed experience with product management methodologies
• Shown success using evidence based decision-making techniques
• Demonstrated success in leading and launching software products

Responsibilities

• Drive and complete the full end to end product development process from discovery through to implementation and launch
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative research techniques to understand user needs, developing new opportunity hypotheses and experiments that drive product success
• Execute on the roadmap and provide input into the product strategy and prioritization
• Works cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support and customer success
• Collaborate daily with our engineering, data science, design, research and go-to-market teams to build the necessary conditions for your products to succeed
• Coordinate the product delivery process from alpha/beta MVP stages to general release, ensuring a seamless transition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running the success of mobile products
• Experience working as a front end or mobile application developer
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks like Flutter, .NET MAUI, Swift UI
• Previous experience or familiarity with front end web development
• Software Development/QA: Background in software development or QA automation engineering
• Experience with building products for developer
