Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or Human-Computer Interaction. MBA a plus
  • 2+ years in Product Management, Consulting, Business, or System Analysis
  • 2+ years in linear TV or Digital Video advertising, or strong knowledge of Digital Video media buying, selling, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills with a focus on tactical execution
  • Leadership and collaboration skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Mediaocean Product, Engineering, and Sales teams for the Prisma Omni Platform
  • Gather, understand, document, and prioritize product requirements for roadmap creation and execution
  • Partner with the Design/UX team to ensure the product meets business and user needs
  • Manage and complete tasks for planned features, including scrums, ticket updates, roadmaps, QA, and more
  • Drive end-user validation, stakeholder communications, training, and documentation
  • Monitor post-launch product ROI and customer feedback
  • Innovate and identify new opportunities: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to propose innovative product ideas and improvements
  • Define and track success metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and track their performance to ensure alignment with business goals
