Summary

Join our Publisher (Supply) Product team as a Product Manager! Translate our vision and objectives into solutions and features for publishers, driving growth in monetization, user engagement, and user growth. You'll work on MVPs and iterations, collaborating with internal (supply side business team, other product teams, developers) and external stakeholders (publishers). Effectively communicate to build value propositions, feature descriptions, business hypotheses, and product marketing plans. Focus on business objectives and KPIs. This role requires strong analytical and data-driven skills and experience in the digital media/publisher industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management related to digital media, or 3+ years working on Project Management for the media industry (publishers)
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: the ability to convert complex issues into simple concepts, always supported by data
  • Knowledge and experience in the media / digital media/publishers industry
  • Experience with monetization, user growth, and user engagement projects and initiatives for publishers (digital media industry)

Responsibilities

  • Translate the vision, direction, objectives, and key results into solutions/features for publishers that will contribute to growth in monetization, user engagement, and/or user growth
  • Translate the vision, direction, objectives, and key results into features to be developed and/or improved, working also on MVPs (minimum viable products) and iterations
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (supply side business team - publishers department, other product team members, and developers) and external stakeholders (primarily publishers)
  • Work on building the value proposition, the feature / EPIC description, the business hypothesis, the different tasks for developers to work on, and the feature adoption (including the product marketing plan) in coordination with stakeholders and focused on business objectives and KPIs
  • Work with Publisher department - VP, Heads, Team Leads, Acquisition, Success, Global Support, AdOps, Yield, Markets
  • Work with Product & Dev - other product and technical team members
  • Work with External stakeholders: publishers
  • Deal with Value-added solutions for publishers focused on user growth and user engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech
  • Prior experience with publishers (digital media), preferably in product or project management
