Summary

Join Pepperstone's technology team as an Accounts and Loyalty Product Manager and contribute to creating and optimizing loyalty programs that deliver exceptional value to clients while driving improved retention rates. You will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with commercial teams and clients to identify pain points and design industry-leading loyalty solutions. This role involves defining and executing product strategy, working with commercial teams and clients, conducting competitive analysis, collaborating with UX teams, developing product requirements, partnering with engineering and delivery teams, analyzing performance data, presenting proposals to senior leadership, and staying current with market trends. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or loyalty program development, a proven track record of launching successful products, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or loyalty program development
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products or features that improved customer retention metrics through customer loyalty
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in CFD or forex trading
  • Experience working with delivery and engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with product requirement documentation and customer journeys
  • Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for loyalty and retention initiatives, establishing clear objectives and success metrics
  • Work closely with commercial teams and clients to understand existing problems and expectations that need to be addressed to provide an industry-leading loyalty offering
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis within and beyond the CFD industry to identify best practices in loyalty programs that could enhance our offering
  • Collaborate with UX teams to design concepts that meet client needs and gain consensus among stakeholders
  • Develop detailed product requirements documents that delivery teams can break down into epics and user stories
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to bring loyalty features from concept to market launch
  • Analyze performance data of loyalty initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Present proposals and updates to senior leadership, demonstrating the business value of loyalty initiatives
  • Stay current with market trends, client feedback, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities
  • Champion the voice of the client throughout the product development lifecycle
