Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in building web applications with a monetary transaction
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion
• Experience managing teams of designers and developers
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead problem scoping, UX brainstorming, and creation of new revenue-generating products
• Collaborate with a UI designer + eng. team to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish
• Collaborate with our exec, recruiting, marketing, and sales team to figure out cross-functional needs and solutions
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketplaces, agencies, content, staffing, or recruiting is a plus
