Summary

Join RXMG as a Product Manager for our financial services website, Solvent.com, and directly report to the Senior Director. This hands-on role requires driving lead generation and site monetization by optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies. You will define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on user flow optimization, conversion rate increases, and website monetization. Collaboration with marketing and buyer teams is crucial to ensure lead quality and successful product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and data-driven, balancing strategy and execution. The salary starts at $100k and may vary based on experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management or a similar role, preferably in lead generation or direct response marketing
  • Proven success in driving revenue and delivering results
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, including internal CMS systems to build lead flows and leveraging external platforms to optimize performance
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid media campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and site monetization

  • Prototype, test, and iterate ideas using data-driven decision-making

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution
  • Continuously innovate and differentiate Solvent.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to read and interpret APIs or technical documentation
