Requirements

• Minimum of 2 (preferably 4+) years of experience in a product management role within the tech industry
• 2+ years of experience parsing data and analytics to make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of shipping customer-oriented features or products
• Strong technical expertise and ability to work closely with engineering and design teams
• The ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Strong collaboration skills in order to collect and understand requirements from business stakeholders and formulate solutions to business problems
• Have excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the engineering, design, and business sectors to develop and execute product roadmaps
• Gather a deep understanding of business problems and needs, and formulate solutions to these problems that align with broader company objectives
• Stay updated with market trends to inform the creation of product strategies
• Foster an environment of collaboration between engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Effectively manage product team resources, ensuring timelines for project completion are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote teams is considered a plus
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
