Product Manager

Summary

Join Tapline, a digital funding marketplace, as a key member of the product team. You will contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, roadmap, and business plan, reporting directly to the CTO. This role involves close collaboration with customers and stakeholders to define product requirements, implement new features with a cross-functional team, and actively prioritize the product backlog. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in agile product development within FinTech or a startup environment, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach. Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in working in agile product development within a FinTech or early-stage startup
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Experience with agile and lean development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
• Find a define engaging product metrics and own them
• Implement improvements and new features with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales
• Actively prioritize product backlog, pre-planning, prioritization, and user story mapping sessions
