Summary

Join ThoughtExchange as a Product Manager and play a central role in defining the vision, roadmap, and execution for our core platform. You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering and synthesizing feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evolve product strategy and roadmap, scope and prioritize features, and create clear requirements. Ensure high-quality, timely releases and support go-to-market teams for successful feature rollouts. Continuously analyze product performance and iterate for improvement. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of product management experience at a software company and strong communication skills. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the voice of the customer by gathering, synthesizing, and championing feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying product opportunities through customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to drive innovation, retention, and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and evolve our product strategy and roadmap
  • Scoping and prioritizing features and functionality based on customer impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Creating clear and actionable requirements with Product Design and Engineering teams, and partnering on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Coordinating with the Test & Release team to ensure high-quality, timely releases with cross-functional readiness
  • Supporting our Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful feature rollouts, internal alignment, and external communication, including demos and training
  • Continuously analyzing product performance and customer feedback to iterate and improve

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with third-party and internal integrations, including SFTP and APIs
