Summary
Join Twilio as a Business Analyst (Product Manager) on the Voice Connectivity Product team and manage the business with a data-driven mindset, building world-class tooling for the voice operations team. Partner with Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations to determine pricing and packaging for global voice connectivity products. You will define requirements and work with engineering to build the next generation of tooling needed to operate the world's largest voice network for business to consumer calling. This role requires using tools like Looker and SQL, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, or remote from Estonia, with approximately 5% anticipated travel. Requirements
- Use tools such as Looker and run SQL queries to find insight and present in visualizations such as some of the following: Kibana, Looker, Tableau, Grafana
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical, analytical, and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, data science, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the business with a data-driven mindset. Use tools such as Looker and run SQL or Kibana queries to find insight and make recommendations
- Build a world-class tooling for the voice operations team
- Partner with Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations to determine the pricing and packaging for Twilioβs global voice connectivity products
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Scripting in languages such as Python and Javascript to perform data analysis or automation
- Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
- Experience working as a Business analyst
- Experience as a software developer
