Product Manager, Checkout UX Integrations

Summary

Join Yuno, a company building payment infrastructure for global market participation, as a Product Manager in the Integrations Tribe. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Yuno's payment method ecosystem, prioritizing and optimizing user experiences, and integrating new payment methods. This role requires a user-first approach aligned with business objectives and commercial strategy. You will develop a best-in-class provider ecosystem, exceeding customer expectations by balancing user demand with strategic revenue opportunities. Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must
• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in payments
• Strong product sense with a keen eye for UX and user-centered design
• Proficiency with technical tools like Postman and Insomnia for API testing and debugging
• Ability to interpret APIs and ensure seamless integration and functionality

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize a portfolio of PSPs, Acquirers, APMs, and Fraud Prevention providers to ensure cutting-edge connectivity and continuous feature availability
• Drive the implementation of a winning product strategy, maximizing ROI and aligning with business goals
• Identify opportunities to elevate the UX for all payment methods, ensuring a seamless experience for end users
• Lead the engineering team, own the backlog, and prioritize development efforts for maximum impact
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management) and external partners to align on strategic goals and deliver exceptional results
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with ecosystem partners and senior internal leaders
• Conduct user research and engage with the ecosystem to ensure Yuno delivers the best experiences in payments
• Write detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the engineering team’s success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability and energy in high-paced settings
• Preferable degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent
