Product Manager - Dispatch

Summary

Join Snapsheet as a Product Manager for the Dispatch Team and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the assignment management system. You will be responsible for how claims enter the system, routing to adjusters, and optimizing adjuster efficiency. This role involves working with an assignment engine algorithm, driving innovation, collaborating across teams, and refining the platform to improve daily operations. A passion for learning and applying insights is crucial, balancing rapid product discovery with reliable execution. You will translate customer needs into product strategies, prioritize roadmaps, lead product development, collaborate with engineering, solve customer problems, and make data-informed decisions. Requirements

• 3+ of product management in SaaS or tech
• Proven adaptability to changing conditions
• Strong technical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Data-informed decision-maker with a focus on customer needs
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration
