Requirements
- 3 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
- Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles
- In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle
- Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
- Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
- Ability to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business requirements into digital product features
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization
- Build trust with stakeholders
- Drive progress in ambiguous environments
- Mentor peers as needed
- Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training in a variety of agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
- 2+ years working on a remote team
- Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment
- Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience
- Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services
- Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements
