Product Manager II

Summary

Requirements

• 3 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
• Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles
• In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle
• Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
• Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
• Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
• Ability to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business requirements into digital product features
• Work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization
• Build trust with stakeholders
• Drive progress in ambiguous environments
• Mentor peers as needed
• Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in a variety of agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
• 2+ years working on a remote team
• Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment
• Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience
• Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services
• Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements
