Remote Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role, with experience working closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
• Proven ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits
• Experience conducting market research and capturing the voice of the customer to drive product positioning
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling narratives
• Experience with SaaS products and a solid understanding of product-market fit
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with strong business acumen, able to ask the right questions and make sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product narratives and solution messaging, communicating core benefits, use cases, and value for customers in a visual and written medium
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to provide designers and copywriters with wireframe concepts, clear messaging, and campaign impact direction
• Work with Product Managers to understand product-market fit, refine messaging, and support product growth initiatives
• Lead research efforts to capture the voice of the customer, including gathering insights to drive positioning and marketing strategy
• Orchestrate sales enablement initiatives, delivering assets that support the sales team in pitching and closing deals
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing and sales touch points
• Partner and assist with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention
