Summary
Join GameChanger's growing team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and execute go-to-market strategies for designated sports segments. You will analyze markets, align products with strategies, and drive adoption among current and future users. Collaborate with product managers and designers, lead agile meetings, and prioritize work to meet objectives. Identify market opportunities, recommend improvements, and plan product launches. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and requires 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or management, preferably in SaaS and the sports tech industry.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management with experience working in SaaS
- Experience in sports or working in the sports tech industry
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize the most impactful work
- A self-started with proven track record of driving go-to-market strategies
- Strong communication, executive presence, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and manage positive cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Change-ready, you understand that things constantly evolve and can flawlessly adapt and excel within a hyper-growth environment
- Team player, you are detail oriented and a strong promoter of GameChanger’s product both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for the sports verticals you own
- Drive alignment between Product and GTM on a sport’s-specific plan for each quarter and fiscal year in support of business objectives
- Be the go-to resource for your sports’ vertical product managers and product designers, partnering with them to understand our product vision and upcoming functionality and determine how to best align to GTM strategy
- Run GTM agile meetings including retros, demos, triage new requests, and prioritize our backlog to align with quarterly objectives
- Partner with the GTM team to prioritize the most important work in your sport’s vertical that supports our objectives, assess effectiveness, and pivot as needed
- Identify the market opportunity and determine the positioning of products and features through competitive, industry, and customer insights
- Proactively recommend and identify new ways to go-to-market and internal team processes to create efficiencies
- Combine strategic thinking, data analysis, segmentation, positioning, and launch planning to bring new products, features, and experiences to our users
