Remote Product Marketing Manager

Summary

Join our team today! We are currently in search of a Product Marketing Manager to join our E-Delivery team. This role will focus on our key product in our E-Delivery lineup.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in marketing
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and/or CSS strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM preferred
• Collaborated with cross-functionally with multiple teams – including Sales, Legal, IT and Product Management to drive company success
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving and project management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling messaging and clear value propositions that increase buy-in from users and product adoption by customers
• Create sales and marketing content such as presentations, sales sheets, and brochures to support the sales process
• Become the source of truth for the product. Conduct training sessions to enable internal teams, contractors, and customers to use the product effectively and understand the benefits
• Monitor product performance. Review and analyze data, providing insights into product performance. Find creative solutions to A/B test improvements in UI/UX, content, and email outreach
• Own the flow of information around the product, aligning projects to moving requirements and strict development calendars. Identify issues and escalate to the appropriate parties
