Summary

Join Avetta as their Product Marketing Manager for Supplier Solutions, specializing in compliance management and workplace safety offerings. The salary range is $74,000 - $163,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, and at least 2 years’ experience in a market-facing role (e.g. relevant experience in target industry, working with customers and prospects, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and presentation skills
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Figma, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and third parties
  • Experience marketing platform-based SaaS solutions
  • Energy, drive, an appetite to learn and collaborate, and willingness to work hard

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert on our supplier and subcontractor customer personas, their business value drivers, needs and pain points
  • Develop thought leadership platforms and high-quality content to support marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and sales initiatives
  • Take a lead role in collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Marketing to develop winning value propositions, and plan and execute effective new product introductions and product releases
  • Understand and support our sales channels and sales enablement team to develop tools, playbooks, assets, and battle cards
  • Set goals and objectives, report on progress, and optimize strategy and tactics based on data to ensure performance to plan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing Source to Pay, Supplier Sourcing, or Supplier Performance Management technology
  • Experience targeting buyers of Contractor Management, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Supplier Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics in Chemicals, Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities or other relevant sectors
