Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in a software or technology-driven services environment
  • Expertise in marketing industry solutions within Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or other relevant sectors
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Strong PowerPoint, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Figma, or similar platforms
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, customer personas, business value drivers, and regulatory requirements to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content, sales enablement assets, and campaign messaging to support demand generation, customer retention, and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and execute effective product introductions and releases
  • Develop battle cards, playbooks, sales tools, and training materials to empower sales teams with the right messaging and industry domain knowledge
  • Define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously optimize strategies based on data to ensure business growth and alignment with company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technology enabled services marketing
  • Experience marketing Contractor Management, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions
