Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data and analytics, or B2B SaaS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Content & messaging creation expertise: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
  • Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute marketing campaigns with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Experience working with multiple different teams: Experience working with Product, Sales, Marketing and other teams to execute initiatives and work effectively
  • A customer-centric approach to marketing: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit compelling marketing content including blogs, datasheets, presentations, and customer-facing materials that clearly communicates Fivetran’s value
  • Write and edit product launch materials, ensuring messaging resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support Content team on developing product thought leadership and educational efforts with content for channels like our webpages, social accounts, and speaking engagements
  • Develop/support the development of and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring we hit our product adoption and marketing pipeline goals
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Enablement so that everyone is effectively executing against the launch timeline
  • Lead/support research efforts on market trends, customer needs, and product capabilities to refine product positioning and messaging
  • Work closely with Product and Field Sales teams to understand features and use cases
  • Incorporate findings into content like case studies, pitch decks, and sales enablement
  • Analyze product launch and campaign performance and do research to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand product features, roadmap, and target use cases, translating technical details into clear and compelling marketing messages
  • Work closely with Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and Account-Based Marketing to develop the strategy behind individual marketing campaigns and events and ensure alignment with business goals and PMM research
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to drive impactful co-marketing initiatives with tech partners like webinars, hands-on labs, and event content
  • Support sellers and sales enablement with enablement content to help position and sell Fivetran effectively
  • Develop and manage quarterly marketing plans, defining goals, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Lead/support GTM activities for product launches, ensuring effective communication and execution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on results
  • Regardless of the stakeholder, proactively communicate key milestones and deliverables across teams to ensure seamless execution

Preferred Qualifications

Data industry knowledge: Familiarity with data integration, cloud platforms, and analytics trends is desired
