Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, design, or operational roles
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to create beautiful and effective multi-media content
- Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive integrated marketing campaigns
- Refined product, brand, and aesthetic sense with a passion for driving design excellence
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, case studies, videos, presentations, social media, and documentation to clearly convey our story and value proposition
- Treat our content like a product, working backwards from first principles to deliver measurable outcomes
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging that resonates with our audience by developing a deep understanding of our customers’ challenges, motivations, and needs
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft strategic messaging, target segments, and buyer personas that drive adoption and engagement
- Leverage data and insights to refine content effectiveness, and improve engagement and conversion
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GovTech environments or sectors like disaster recovery, floodplain management, or climate resilience, which can provide context for our mission
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and iterate on strategy
